With just a few clicks, you can securely communicate with your Wound Provider. Send and receive important private information, and submit a wound photo prior to your appointment. This ensures your virtual visit focuses on You the Person, Not You the Wound, making the process seamless and efficient for you, Caregivers, Care Team Members, and Primary Care Providers.

As Wound Experts, we understand that wounds are often a symptom of a combination of various health issues. Therefore, our wound care plans are tailored to your unique health needs and adjusted based on your overall response.

Because of the impact of chronic diseases and health issues on your wound we work closely with your Primary Care Provider & Care Teams offering them medical recommendations for conditions directly affecting your response to the wound plan of care.

While we believe most wounds are a combination of types & causes. We accept referrals for previously diagnosed wounds, including, but not limited to:

How Our Clinic Process Works

*Our Clinic Process is slightly different if your Home Health/Hospice Care Teams, Primary Care Provider or Residential Virtual Wound Rounds is being requested. We accept standard wound clinic referral package in lieu of form completion by secure Fax , secure text or HIPPA compliant email.

This is what happens.....

1. Initial Contact

• Provide us your name, email, and mobile number for a wound consult on contact form (click here).

2. Respond to Secure Email Registration

• Receive 2 emails from INCHARGECLINIC via emailHIPPO:

  • 1st email: Receive a Passcode ex.11111

  • 2nd email: Enter password code to open the secure email.

• Complete the New Patient registration forms in the secure email and click submit OR

  if your Primary Care Provider or Care Team is assisting they may wish to send us the standard Wound Clinic Referral package by

  • secure email,

  • this upload link,

  • or print/ send to our secure Fax

3. Insurance Eligibility Approval

• We accept standard Medicare & FL Medicaid in addition to other insurers but some may have restrictions.

• Upon approval, you and any designee are added to INCHARGECLINIC telehealth platform.

• You, Your Designee and/or Care Team will receive an upload link, secure text or email from INCHARGECLINIC to consent to telehealth and receive additional info regarding the visit.

4. Telehealth Consent

• Click the INCHARGECLINIC email message or text to consent to participate in telehealth for yourself or on behalf of the patient. Then you are IN!

5. Telehealth Features

• Now you can use the INCHARGECLINIC telehealth platform to securely communicate at anytime:

  • Participate in virtual visits

  • Securely send text and email

  • Upload forms, pre-visit & change in condition photos, and paperwork

  • Send direct messages to your wound provider

  • Receive answers, have discussions outside of your virtual visit.

  • Make or reschedule appointments

  • Enable three-way communication with caregivers

  • And we can send medical records, your personalized wound plan and instructions with photo's, wound prescriptions, and much more.
