How do we help?
We guide the shift from acute stabilization to routine medical care and address the changes that come with ongoing recovery.
The Stable MAT Program is for:
Florida Adult Residents. Early / Transitional graduates. Those with long-term documented MAT previously meeting Early/Transitional goals, may move to the Stable MAT program and on to the Long-Term/Chronic MAT program much sooner based on documented consistent compliance with MAT on the PDMP records. Signature of Terms of Service required.
Senior prescribing (60+) is automatically included in all programs for those with Senior needs.
Appointments & prescriptions
Monthly video visit. Usual supply is 30 days (films, tabs, weekly or monthly injection*), written that day. Video visit required for every controlled-substance prescription.
Testing
12/14 Panel Lab or Home CLIA UDS prior to 2nd Visit, before program changes (ex. Early->Stable), at random, on request, and at the annual visit. Results are due 24 hours before the next visit.
Our Strategy
Adapt everyday strategies for symptoms and brain healing (neuroplasticity), and build on natural-dopamine rewards from prior stage, previous and new healthy experiences.

Decide what’s next: stay on MAT, Brixadi®*, or a planned wean—and adapt if things change
For some this is still early recovery. For others it is getting back to normal. For others it is staying well, with medical management in the background.

Individualized Support When You Need It
Because recovery isn't always linear, and you are unique - your plan adapts to you. If cravings escalate, having unexplained symptoms, adverse effects from film or tab, problem substance use returns, job or relationships tank or your physical/mental health worsens, we step back and re-evaluate together.
Examples of How We Intensify Your Support:
Medical Evaluation: As primary care providers, we can order labs, X-rays and other diagnostics (ex. sleep study) to rule out underlying physical illnesses triggering your symptoms and treat with medications (like antibiotics) or refer as needed.
Increased Contact: We may temporarily increase visit frequency, adding digital check-ins and phone support. Registered patients can always directly text their provider.
Flexible Care: We may adjust your dosage, or seamlessly refer you to therapy, request case management help or specialized medical referral.
Once stability is restored, you safely return to your routine monthly schedule.
Safe Taper/Weaning Off Back Up Plan aka "Jump Plan":
Includes many elements of your Step Back Step Up plan but is specifically designed to deploy immediately when the 3 C's or unexpected return of withdrawal symptoms pop-up during the taper or months down the road.
*Current Florida Regulations Prohibit Telehealth Prescription & Coordination of Long-Acting Buprenorphine Injections @ Alternative Injection Site Locations (Pharmacy) . Allowed in ALL OTHER US STATES Contact the Governor of FL and your state representatives!
