Stay on Suboxone? Continue Treatment?

InChargeClinic Stable MAT Program

(Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Monthly Buprenorphine Injection*, and other options)

Routine medical management—monthly visits, more autonomy, and a plan that still matches and adapts to real life.
How do we help?
We guide the shift from acute stabilization to routine medical care and address the changes that come with ongoing recovery.

The Stable MAT Program is for:

Florida Adult Residents. Early / Transitional graduates. Those with long-term documented MAT previously meeting Early/Transitional goals, may move to the Stable MAT program and on to the Long-Term/Chronic MAT program much sooner based on documented consistent compliance with MAT on the PDMP records. Signature of Terms of Service required.

Senior prescribing (60+) is automatically included in all programs for those with Senior needs.

Appointments & prescriptions

Monthly video visit. Usual supply is 30 days (films, tabs, weekly or monthly injection), written that day. Video visit required for every controlled-substance prescription.

Testing
12/14 Panel Lab or Home CLIA
UDS prior to 2nd Visit, before program changes (ex. Early->Stable), at random, on request, and at the annual visit. Results are due 24 hours before the next visit.

Step-back / step-up
Safety net—because things happen.

If persistent problem substance use returns, testing is missed, or other physical/ mental health issues worsen we step back and re-evaluate together, intensify your plan to every-2-week visits, 14-day prescriptions, and a temporary medication change if needed. Once things are back under control you return back to monthly.

Our Strategy
  • Adapt everyday strategies for symptoms and brain healing (neuroplasticity), and build on natural-dopamine rewards from prior stage, previous and new healthy experiences.

  • Shift more control of the 3 C’s (compulsion, loss of control, and continued use despite consequences) to you

  • Handle medication logistics

  • Keep repairing health, social, and financial damage from use before MAT

  • Decide what’s next: stay on MAT, Brixadi®*, or a planned wean—and adapt if things change

  • For some this is still early recovery. For others it is getting back to normal. For others it is staying well, with medical management in the background.
