InChargeClinic is an independent, Adult Health & Certified Addiction Nurse Practitioner clinician-owned Private Telehealth Practice offering personalized staged Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) with Virtual Bridge Primary & Transitional Care for Florida Adults and Seniors.

Our Philosophy: Medical-First, Patient-Centered Recovery

We treat Opioid Use Disorder like any other medical condition—assisting you to stabilize during the acute period and achieving control as you move into the maintenance phase of chronic disease management just like high blood pressure or diabetes. We appreciate, like Sleep Apnea that may resolve with weight loss, Opioid Use Disorder may be controlled and you may be able to successfully wean off Buprenorphine with a personalized plan. We also appreciate some people have experienced serious damage from problem substances and may require long-term Buprenorphine to control recurrent symptoms. But most of all we appreciate you are unique and one plan does not fit all.

• No Forced Groups, Behavioral Assignments or Therapy: We do not mandate group counseling, psychiatric protocols, or behavioral therapy checklists to receive medication. Your treatment is managed directly by an expert Certified Addiction NP provider. Just like any other medical issue, if you need additional specialized care that does not improve with our plan or need specialized skills we assist with a referral.

• Decisions Stay Between Us: We build highly personalized, flexible plans tailored to where you are right now, includes flexible plans for the future, and that keeps you in charge of your overall health.

• Virtual Bridge Primary Care: Finding a doctor who understands stable Opioid Use Disorder with rapid, timely appointment openings is a real challenge for many. Think of us as your virtual walk-in clinic for non-critical health issues. We treat your whole health—including quickly treating Suboxone-related dental infections to save you from Sepsis and a frustrating emergency room visit while communicating with your dental provider to assure continuity of care.

• Independent Practice: InChargeClinic is a traditional, private practice model—never corporate, venture-backed, or investor-owned. You receive consistent care from a dedicated clinician who knows your history and is not pressured by corporate financial goals.

• 37 years of active practice in complex clinical care across the health care spectrum (house call / Serious Illness at Home, urgent care, hospital, post-acute, SNF, LTC, ALF, and County & FL Dept of Corrections Medical Officer)
